Wyn Enterprise: Assign Permissions to Roles

This article describes the steps to assign permissions to a role in Wyn Enterprise.

Assign Permissions to the Role

  1. Select the role to which you want to provide permissions and then select Permissions tab.

    Note that there are two additional permissions for an organization administrator role under the Management section, which are -

    • Assign Manager User: Allows an organization administrator to assign/unassign the Manager User permission to the organization administrator role(s) of his sub-organization(s).
    • Manager User: Allows an organization administrator to create, edit, and delete the users in his organization(s) or sub-organization(s).
  2. Select the check-boxes corresponding to the Permissions you want to add. For example,

    • If you want to allow the role to create reports, select the Create Report check box.
    • If you want to allow the role to schedule reports and dashboards, select the Schedule Report/Dashboard check box.
  3. Click Save to assign selected permissions to the role.
