Wyn Enterprise: Map Data

The Map Data interface allows you to easily manage the map data files. You can search for any specific map data, or even sort the header information alphabetically or by latest date by clicking on the specific header.

With the installation of Wyn Enterprise, a set of pre-defined map data files are provided in the Map Data interface. These pre-defined map data files can only be downloaded. Therefore, only a download icon is visible next to the map data. Whereas the user-defined map data files, that are uploaded from the Resource Portal can be renamed, downloaded, or deleted using the action overflow menu icon adjacent to the map data.

Download Map Data

  1. Navigate to Documents > Map Data

  2. To download the pre-defined maps, click the download icon next to the maps to save the map data on your system. To download the user-defined maps, click the action overflow menu icon next to the maps and select Download option to save the map data on your system. The downloaded map data is saved as a .json file.

Delete User-Defined Map Data

  1. Navigate to Documents > Map Data
  2. Click the action overflow menu icon next to the user-defined map data that you want to delete, and select Delete.

  3. In the Delete Document dialog box, click the Ok button to permanently delete the map data from Admin Portal.

  4. To delete multiple user-defined map data at the same time, click Show Checkbox button present at the top right portion adjacent to the search bar. It will enable the multi-select option.

  1. Select the user-defined map data files that you want to delete and click the Delete selected documents button present at the top right portion adjacent to the Hide Check Box button. To select all the map data files at once, click the first check box at the top, adjacent to the Name header.

Rename User-Defined Map Data

  1. Navigate to Documents > Map Data
  2. Click the action overflow menu icon next to the user-defined map data that you want to rename, and select Rename document.

  3. In the Save dialog box, enter the new name you want for the map data and click Save.
